Suddenly My Ankle Formed A Lump On A Bone In

Suddenly my ankle formed a lump on a bone in front of ankle on top of left foot. Also heel pain inside and outside and some on bottom. Very stiff foot moe than ankle. Can not stand on it. I had an mi 12 years ago. I am healthy and average weight. Do I need to go to the hospital? Thank you YYYY@YYYY . Oh. I can feel pain while resting with foot up
