Suddenly occurred pain in the knee, and it was difficult to move and even sit. meaning knee was not bending. Got done MRI, doctor told that I suffered Fatpad impingement. What precautions should i take. how does it effect me in future? What medicines or phsyio exercises should i do please suggest
