Suddenly Started Getting Sharp Pains In My Lower Stomach. Mostly

Suddenly started getting sharp pains in my lower stomach. Mostly the left side when I move but the pain is all over underneath my bellybutton to my hips. It's fine when I sit but when I stand it's not pleasant. Feels like gas but much much much worse. Tried putting pressure, usually with gas that will do the trick but it's just getting worse. I can't stand & now sitting down isn't feeling much better. This just happened within
20-30 minutes.
