Suddenly took ill by passing out at 88. At the time I was still employed part time by an insurance company, living alone in my home for aprox. 50 yrs., wonderful neighbors, handling my own financial tasks and driving every day. I was hospitalized and doctors concluded I required a pacemaker. As far as I know it never helped my leg from going numb and would cause me to fall and sometimes to black out. I did not want to worry my children: one whom lives here and the 2nd who lives in Oregon, so I agreed to a retirement center and have been here for 4+ years. On my appt. my physician gave me a prescription for Escitalopram Oxalate 10 MG. After reading the description I do not think I want to try it.
