Suffering From Anal Fissures Since 2004. Every Year When I

Suffering from anal fissures since 2004. Every year when I find fissure developes, I use Dreama ointment with pilex tablets for 5 days, then I find it is cured. But for past one month, the fissure is not healed completely, though I take water, fiber food, vegetarian food along with the ointment and tablets. I am 5-7 height and 74 Kgs weight, no bp and diabetic complaint. can you suggest?
