Suffering From Coughing On And Off For Two Yrs..few Months

Suffering from coughing on and off for two yrs..few months back showed a doctor, was prescribed some medicines; became well then but didnt follow up the doctor..
Very unwell these days again..cant even sleep coz of coughing n pain...
Cud not visit a doctor...so asked a medical store person to prescribe a medicine..ate azax 500 on his recommendation few hours back but not feeling much relieved..doing even salt water gargle..please help..im in pain...
