Suffering From Lower Back Pain. Under Chiropatric Care By Both

Suffering from lower back pain. Under chiropatric care by both sons. Scheduled a trip to Italy in three days and anti inflammatory meds are not helping with continues walking. Will look further into care when I get back. Percocet is an option when I go on walking tours but seems to might make me drugged. Any suggestions?
