Suffering with severe right frozen shoulder problem from the last one week.Day time okay, but, nights are sleepless. Taking one tab of Vietnam- p, before going to bed. Doesn't solve the problem, even, after doing some physical exercises, as, advised by friends. Suggest what best can be done, and, some pain management medicine.
