Suggest Over The Counter Medication For Prolapsed Bladder

I am a 72-year-old female with a distended bladder. It seems that the vaginal muscles are not supporting it. Is there an over-the-counter cream that will solve problem? I haven't been sick in 40 years & never go to a dr. If I need to, what kind should I go to?
