Suggest A Counter Medication For Deanxit

hello Doctor,
I took deanxit for four years and i was doing great. i tried to quit twice but i suffered from vaginal irritation and lack of focus and concentration. since everyone advised me to switch to another medicine because it has very dangerous side effect for long term my doctor prescribed zoloft but it wasn't suitable for me he told me to switch to cymbalta and i don't like either. still lack of concentration and I suffer from itching body all the time although i took zirtek. my question is ... is there any similar medicine composition for deanxit cause i was feeling great.
