Suggest A Counter Medicine For Vasodilan

My husband has been on Vasodilan for many years. As of last December, it has not been available in any local pharmacy. His doctor uses this medication to help blood flow and stabilize the hearing he has in his ear (he is deaf in one ear and has significant loss in other ear). Vasodilan has helped him. Right now he is on Lipoflavonoids (over the counter) and has lost some hearing in other ranges in his one good ear over the past few months. He needs to get back on Vasodilan or the generic equivalent Isoxsuprine, but we can t locate it. Any suggestions?
