Suggest A Cream Other Than Helilax For Curing The Keloid Completely

This is Prashanth from Bangalore. I had a surgery in my leg about a year back for broken bones. A oval shaped Keloid has formed around the operation scar. I consulted a dermatologist and he recommended me to use Helilax - a topical cream to reduce the keloid. After using this cream I find that the keloid has flattened and also its circumference has come down but it is fully not cured. I wish to know if there is any other topical cream which is more powerful than the current one I am using which would help in curing the keloid completely. Thanks.
