Suggest A Mood Enhancer For A Person With Bipolar Disorder

I havnt been diagnosed with bipoar but I take Effexor slow release for depression and anxiety. I find I can be in a 'high' but not overly just enjoying what im doing then next day or same evening I come down and im quiet which I don't llike if im in company as I think I will be a bit of a bore. Id like to meet somewhere in the middle. Im female aged 62, and also have onging problem with my daughter who is drug addict.. I am wondering if there would be a mood enhancer for me.
