Suggest A Permanant Solution For A Cyst In Lower Lip

Hello, i bit my lower lip a few months ago and it got swollen and a blister like thing was formed. It keeps going away and coming right back every time my tooth touches that spot. So i had the "cyst"(that was that the doctor called it) surgically removed 3 weeks ago and the rim of a water bottle pressed against it and it is back. Is there some kind of a permanent solution to this? Thank you.
