Suggest A Quick Solution To Reduce Discoloured Bumps On Forehead

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I got hit in the forehead and I got two little bumps the color of my skin. I started to massage them and they started turning like a brown into just a darker color of my skin. They are almost in the middle of my forehead, and the only way I can try to cover them is with using hair spray or gel to hold down bangs on my face. Is there any quick solution to clearing my forehead?
