Suggest A Remedy For A Ball Of Tissues On The Lip

i got my stitches taken out last week wed. in my bottom lip (inside and out) the outside near my lip line healed as small lump/bump that only pokes out when i smile, touching it, it feels like a solid tiny ball of tissue..will this go away? or what can help it go away? any scar creams?
