Suggest A Remedy For A Recurring Spot On The Skin

I have a recurring spot on my once spotty skin. Starts as a non red bump but with a gentle squeeze emits pus. 4 weeks on it is a bit red and keeps scabbing over, but each time the scab heals, there is a lump beneath that with a gentle squeeze emits pus (like toothpaste from a tube). Any suggestions to stop permanant damage - or a permanent spot would be welcome! I'm 48 and female.
