Suggest A Remedy For Cramping Pains

hi please can you help me its been 2weeks since i had cryotherapy and i know we shouldnt of but me and my parnter had sex yesturday, it wasnt full sex as we only put it in a little bit as we were worried i asked him to stop soon after, but now i have cramping pains and i am really worried what could i have done?
