Suggest A Remedy For Pain In The Left Hip

Hi ive been having pains in my left hip for the past few hours, the pain is at the front of my hip. I have been having muscle spasms in my hip/groin area aswell as up the side of my leg. It also hurts to move in certain ways, e.g. bend down etc.

Is there anything i can do o make it stop?
