Suggest A Remedy For The Cyst In Ovary Causing Severe Pain

Hi. I am 25 years old and I have just had a scan that has showed a 4cm cyst in my left ovary, after having severe pains and abnormal heavy periods. They have said it is a complex cyst and has a dark mass. It is 4cm. I have been trying for a baby for a year now, could this be the reason why we are having problems? If i have it removed will i be more ikely to get pregnant? Thanks
