Suggest A Remedy For The Marks On Body Due To Chicken Pox

Hi. I'm 20 years old and have had chickenpox since the 1st of May. Now the marks have dried and some are falling off. I've heard they will leave spots for a long time or even scars forever... How can I avoid this? I work as a model so being scarred all over would ruin everything... Thanks for advance for the answer.
