Suggest A Remedy For Thick Hard Skin On The Toes And Ankles

Hello. My both ankles have dark, hard skin. I think they became like that, because of my sitting style on the rug!!! I have used vaseline, many moisturers, etc but they didn't work. My toes have thick, hard skin too. what can I do????? plz help me. thank you very much. (sh. , Iran)
