Suggest A Treatment For Acne On The Face

Hi , I am 24 years old. I am suffering from acnes on face. Not much acnes,but i have hardly seen my face clean and clear. Hardly any moisturizer suits to my skin. I am fed up of changing the products. Now i am using herbal products only but still dint help much.Can you please tell me the precautions i can take regularly to avoid this problem. Or Can you suggest me whom should i consult for this problem?
