Suggest A Treatment For The Pulled Nail From The Toe

I dropped a concrete block on my big toe. When I pulled my toe out from under it in a reflex reaction it pilled the nail out from the bed. Did not remove completely. My question is I have left the nail on and kept it wrapped in gauze with neosprorin on it. Is there sny thing else I can do or should do. Can I soak it to keep it clean and if so in what.
