Suggest Acne Medicines That Are Safe During Breast Feeding

I am breastfeeding our first baby. I am not on birth control so it's possible I could be pregnant again at any time. In the past when I was on birth control pills or pregnant my skin cleared up wonderfully. Otherwise I have had painful, embarrassing acne since my teenage years. I am now 27. Can you tell me if there are any topical or oral acne medications that are completely safe for me to take? Safe for my breastfeeding baby and safe in case I were to be pregnant?
