Suggest Alternative Medication For Adderall

What is the best/similar medication closest to adderall immediate release? I've been on adderall for 10+years upping the doses since I've become tolerant of the buildup in my system. It no longer seems to be working at all. I've done so much research its overwhelming to decide on which medication is second best.
