Suggest Alternative Medication For Permetherin To Cure Scabies

Can you suggest a cure for scabies but NOT Permetherin or Lindane. These have become immune as we have gone those routes over 10 times with no cure. Could you suggest a facility that can help us? My Mom is 84 and I am 62, and we ve been suffering over a year. Have used sulfurs, all the oils (tea tree, clove, Eucalyptus, peppermint, etc.) We are willing to travel ANYWHERE--and are losing this horrible battle.
