Suggest Alternative Medicine For Pilonidal Sinus

I am suffering from pilonidal sinus. I am from India...and I have this problem since last 2 months now. I have seen a good surgeon on one the better medical college and hospitals in bangalore..I just want to ask is there a cure for this disease in homeopathy or otherwise to alleviate the pain caused in surgery. Is there any alternative treatment for this disease.
