Suggest Alternative Medicine Of Bisoprolol

My husband finds taking Bisopropol makes me very tired. 1.25 mgs Recently had a couple of weeks off it,and reverted to missed beats,and ectopic beats,which went as soon as he recommenced taking it. Two questions please,what about taking it in the evening? Is there an alternative drug please? Thank you.
