Suggest Alternative Medicine Of Brilinta

I am having side effects from brilinta. I am missing liver enzyme cyp2c19 heterozygous *2 so don t metabolize placix efficiently. I have had bypass and 7 stents. Two are now 100%occluded so want to stay on brillianta but miserable with side effects. Is there something else available?
