Suggest Alternative Medicine Of Statin

I'm concerned about what I've read about statin medications. Re: daily alcohol use and lower sex drive. I never had a heart-a-attack but, had two stents implanted 5/27/12. I enjoy drinking red wine with my meals daily. My bad colestrol number has been below 180 my last two annual physicals. Is there an alternative med other than statins to use? I will talk to my doctor about my concerns on my next appointment. Thanks for any
