Suggest Alternative Procedure For Catheter In Urethra

My createnine level increased to 7. I consulted the doctor at Bombay Hospital at Indore. As advised by the doctor I am taking medicines and changing the catheter (Silicon) every month. I would like to have a permanent solution i.e. taking medicines is not a problem for me but I would like to get the catheter removed from my uretha. Please advise
