Suggest Alternative To Antibiotics For Reducing Hot Flashes And Low Grade Fever

Hello. My name is Natalie. Thre days ago i got go inside and was sweating, went i went to the cold weather my body was still wet. Next day i started to couch, but it was comming with mucuse. By the end of the day i had low fever 37 C. For the last three days the fewer was 37.7C-38. I m planing to visit doctor today. But i am afraide they will give me antibiotics, which i should not take at the moment. Are there ather alternatives to antibiotics?
