Suggest Alternative Treatment Other Than Merina Coil

Hi I have a merina coil fitted, shortly after having it fit it went into my uterus, so the threads are not visible, it is due for changing, i have been referred to the hospital for this to be done, can i have a ga for the procedure? i do struggle with the pain of insertion/removal when the treads are visible
