Suggest Alternative Ways Of Treating Prolapsed Bladder

Hi I have been living with a prolapsed bladder for a few years now. I m becoming very frustrated especially with exercising and sometime just in general. I m really scared to have the surgery & trying to figure out other alternatives that I can be comfortable with. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. thanks
