Suggest An Alternative Drug To Susten

I am a mother of 4 year old daughter.I am 8 weeks pregnant with LMP on 17 Feb 2015. I had dischared a hugeclot/tissue(I do not know how to describe) of my palm size along with some bright red blood on 13th Apr 2015. I met the doc immediately,she did a scan and said everything internally looks fine. She suggested to take susten 100mg twice daily. I have been taking it vaginally after reading that it will be absorbed better and have lesser side effects. But yesterday I had completely fainted and got to know that this weakness and nausea is due to the same tablet.I had low to mild nausea and vomitings even before taking this tablet. Is there a better alternative to this drug which is better for both me and my baby.I did not have any of these kind of issues in my previous prenancy.
