Suggest An Alternative For Pyeoplasty Surgery

i m 42 yrs old male , gone for routine checkup with no problem n no complain , blood n urine tests re normal but in sonography dr.saw puj obstruction in rt kidney , after i was sent for IVP & renal scan , the test was positive , the doctor suggests to remove the puj obsruction through pyeloplasty surgery , i m scared ,,, whether it works or not & if there are any other side effects , please help me by suggesting ,
