Suggest An Alternative Medication For Femring

I am a 71 year old female... Taking FemRing (harmone replacement therapy). For the last 15 years This particular drug has become so expensive and my insurance won t cover very much of the cost. I have not taken FemRing for about 4 months and I am miserable! ( hot flashes, night sweats, unable to sleep, no energy attitude changes, I have tried a few over the counter drugs and they don t work. Is there any natural products or otc drugs you can recommend! Help!!!
