Suggest An Alternative Medication For Paxidep

Dear doctor, Presently, I am taking Paxidep CR-37.5, Rexipra-5 since 3 years but the dose of paxidep gradually increases as when I started taking the medicine the dose was 12.5 but after 1 year it became 25 and just after 6 months it become 37.5 and now I have to take rexipra-5 also along with paxidep-CR 37.5. Is there any alternate medicine which may reduces my affinity for those medicines. Thanking you!!
