Suggest An Alternative To Senna For Chronic Constipation And IBS

Hi, I have chronic constipation, IBS, and have had it for 30 plus years. My intestines are twice the length of a normal persons and I need a push but I have chronic abdominal pain when I take senna with stool softener. Can you suggest anything that can help me please? Im so miserable. It s affecting my job.
