Suggest An Alternative To Hysterectomy For Hyperplasia

Hi, I had an endometrial biopsy and results can back showing atypical complex hyperplasia bordering on well-differentiated cells. My Dr. recommends a hysterectomy as I had a similar diagnosis in 2009 and had a D& C at that time. Are other less invasive options available with this diagnosis?
