Suggest An Antibiotic For Swollen Craters On Thigh And Labia

3 days ago I had 2 skin tags removed in the crease of my thigh and labia. I am in a lot of pain. They are swollen, look like craters and are oozing. It hurts to sit, walk, or move. I'm starting to freak out. What should I be doing to take care of this. Is this part of the normal healing process? I have been putting band aids on that area to decrease rubbing which is unbearable. Should I be applying antibiotic or anything else? How long will it take to heal? Thank you for any advice/ info you can give me!
