Suggest An Internal Cream Used With Vaginal Pessary

Can you tell me the name of an internal cream used with a vaginal pessary. I changed to another one and I cannot remember the first one which worked very well on a nightly basis. I do have a physician that cleans the pessary every two months but have not been able to go because my husband is ill. Would like to get the cream to use until I can make contact with the doctor again.
