Suggest Back Pain Medication That Can Be Taken When Suffering From Enlarged Liver

I have been for years sufferings from chronic back pain, knee pain and burshitis. my dr. took me off of Percocet and mscontin and told me to take Tylenol. my liver is now enlarged and I am being told to take nothing. what would be the safest pain meds to be put back on with the least damage to my liver? I am having the same exact problem
