Suggest Better Treatment For Dandruff And White Heads On Forehead

hi .i am suffering from dandruff problems though i dont see dandruff as much on my hair .but i have been getting white heads on my forehead which my dermatologist said are due to dandruff and also my eyelashes are falling out .i have also been using a dandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole + zinc pyrithione which seems to be of no help .plz recommend a solution
