Suggest Birth Control Methods Except Pills

Hi, I currently am pregnant with my second daughter. Unfortunately I am single. The father has chosen to not be supportive after 4 years of being together, and I am curious for my children's sake...I want to know if once my daughters start their cycle, can they use the IUD form of birth control if they are still virgins? I intend on getting them started as soon as they start their very first cycle and I am trying to decide what would be best to start...I am weary of the pill and would like to have something other then the DEPO shot for my girls...Please advise!
