im 25 yrs old with my 3rd child coming in 8 days and 500% sure i do not want anymore kids. im considering a tubal ligation but have just come across post tubal ligation syndrome. my question is this:
what is the best birth control option besides tubal and pills? (which is the cause of me getting pregnant again)
