Suggest Care For Broken Boil Between Stomach And Thigh

I had a boil on the lower left side of my stomach right where it would touch my leg. I thought i got this from my pants rubbing my leg when I went bowling on Saturday. By Monday afternoon i had chills and a fever of 102. I took Tylenol and started cleaning the boil like thing. I used warm salt water compress. Put Vicks vapor rub around the boil and neosporin on gauze and taped it. This morning the boil burst now its leaking blood and pus and my fever is broke. Should I still be concerned or just keep cleaning it and taking my Tylenol?
