Suggest Care To Take While Having Bleeding After Taking MT Pill

I need your advice.I give my wife mt pill after the 48th day of previous period.And next day she started bleeding that very less than the normal period ,but second day she bleeding a lot amore than period time.So what care have to betaken now.As we are married few months ago not ready to go with pregancy.
