Suggest Cause And Remedy For Bleeding

I started a clomid cycle on 03/22/11 on cycle days 5-9 with a postive ovulation test on 4/5, 4/6. I tested negative on hpt on 4/20, 4/25/ & 5/1. I have been spotting with some cramping from 05/07/11 until current, especially post-coital. Never heavy enough to be a normal period. Or at least, a typical period. I went to my ob-gyn on 05/20. She did not examine me, nor order any tests to rule out pregnancy or other conditions. I have a new appointment with another dr on 06/13/11. I do not want to retest hpt as I do not feel I am pregnant, but then again I have never been pregnant. I have a history of PCOS. I am overweight. 5'2" and 180 lbs. The week before I began spotting I had severe vaginal dryness and pain with intercourse. I was also on antibiotics due to a strep throat infection. Should I be concerned about the bleeding?
